Lauren is Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes in a therapeutic style that makes therapy feel natural and fun. Lauren values compassion and creativity in her work to ensure that client's and families are motivated for therapy. Lauren's approach is trauma-informed and focuses on relationships and healing that is rooted in connection. Lauren has transitioned to a new private practice in Wilson and is excited to announce that she will be offering in-person therapy soon!
